The king of the Fish peppers, in baus's opinion. The variegation on the yellow fish leaves is stunning and strong. White and green stripes and regions really stand out in the garden. The fruit start off green and white striped, grow to 3-5" long and turn a beautiful shining yellow. Sweet flavor without the bitterness common in the red fish pepper. Excellent raw, cooked, or pickled!
