A beautiful, thick walled sweet pepper. This transitions from yellow with purple stripes, to mostly purple, to orange with purple stripes, before finally settling into a deep red with faint purple stripes. Violet Sparkle is mildly sweet with a nice crunch. Great for fresh eating or as a bell replacement in cooking.
