A beautiful yellow pepper from Kosovo, the Sarit Gat is a joy to grow! The fruit grow upwards which is rare for peppers of this size! They are often 6-8 inches long and usually a bit of a curve. They ripen to a vibrant lemon yellow color and are not too spicy, similar to a cayenne. They are traditionally used for powders and sauces in Kosovo. The flavor is sweet and citrusy, wiht a tiny bit of grassy flavor when you exhale.
