A small, Thai style pod shape with thin walls. Prik Kee Noo Suan has a rather unfortunate translation meaning "mouse-dropping chili", but don't let that deter you from enjoying this tasty pepper! This is a popular chili in Thai cuisine that is picked when green to create green curry paste. This has a surprisingly sweet scent and an upfront heat. The heat hangs out of the tip of your tongue for a while before fading. The thin walls make this a good candidate to dry on the plant.
